Senior Product Designer passionate about simplifying complex systems and creating user-centered digital products. As an end-to-end designer, I use research, empathy, and design thinking from discovery to delivery to create scalable, intuitive solutions to complex challenges. Hands-on and execution-driven, I collaborate closely with product and engineering to identify opportunities, apply UX strategy, and ship solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

- Led the end-to-end design of the pilot reserve bidding system at Alaska Airlines, cutting friction for 3,000+ users and driving a 65% jump in satisfaction and 68% improvement in scheduling efficiency.
- Designed the Gordon Food Services chat tool from a 27% satisfaction rate to 82%.
- Designed a candidate portal at CEC that improved hiring process efficiency by 63%.
